Vinson Latimore

President & Co-Founder

Vinson is a native of South Carolina and a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he studied health sciences.  Early in his life, he had a natural affinity for assisting seniors and the elderly, frequently visiting local nursing homes. He loved bringing cheer to residents and learning more about “their life story”. This began the foundation and desire to provide an alternative living arrangement for seniors. 


After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina, he worked in healthcare, where he prepared himself for graduate school. Vinson was accepted into the Master's program for Health Administration at the University of Washington, which is ranked number two in the nation.  The first year of graduate school, he received various awards and gained the respect of his teacher and peer alike as he distinguished himself as a leader.  During the summer months, Vinson worked on his Master's thesis at the Sisters of Providence Mount St. Vincent nursing facility in Seattle.  Vinson studied the cognitive decline of residents in a nursing home and monitored the number of daily hours residents were engaged in activities. He produced an internal study that was subsequently used by administrators to help improve interaction between staff members and residents. Vinson earned his certification as an Administrator and has received further certifications in Alzheimer's dementia and mental health. 


After graduating with a Master of Health Administration in 1996, Vinson spent six years working within the hospital setting in a variety of roles ranging from administration to technology. Vinson served as a residence director of an independent living community as well as a marketing director for an assisted living community which maintained 95% occupancy. Additionally, Vinson served as COO and administrator for two non-profit organizations with a senior housing component in the Seattle area.


After serving his community, he acquired an assisted living community in 2012 and restructured the company into Gibraltar Senior Living.  In 2018, Choices Scrubs and Footwear was acquired in Bellingham, WA and later opened Choices Medical Equipment & Supplies next door that same year. His goal is the help people maintain their independence and ultimately serve families and organizations in need of medical equipment and supplies.


Vinson resides on a farm in Bellingham, WA with his wife Roma and truly enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.

Roma Mangat

Creative Director & Co-Founder

Roma is a native of British Columbia and a graduate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. With a diploma in Marketing Management and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Roma got her start in the corporate world. Early in her life, she had a natural affinity for imagining, creating and designing. Even from a young age making arts and crafts was a fulfilling activity, so it was an area she wanted to explore in adulthood. While working full-time, she completed her Graphic Designing certificate as well as a Web Design & Development certificate. It was then that she realized her passion was in visual communication, art and design.


Pursuing her new found interest in graphic design, Roma went on to work as an in-house designer for a Graphics Art Department; designing magazine advertisements, product packaging, promotional flyers, banners, signage, web graphics, email blasts, and a variety of other print and digital design work.

It wasn’t until her own wedding, that she would realize her true passion -  to combine her business, organizational, and visual design skills to the wedding industry. With this new found inspiration, Roma realized she wanted to bring something special, unique, and one-of-a-kind to future brides and grooms and assist in their wedding planning process. In collaboration with her event rental company, her customization and creativity is certain to make any wedding or event stand out, reflect each client's style and truly be one-of-a-kind.

She has since founded Gibraltar Business Group with her husband Vinson and created Peacock Invites & acquired Bellingham Wedding & Event Rentals to bring an unmatched level of beauty and joy to every event.
